SECURITY DEPOSIT

Weekly Rentals
$300.00 (U.S. Funds)-  Confirmation will be mailed upon receipt of deposit.

Monthly Rentals
 $500.00  (U.S. Funds)- Confirmation will be mailed upon receipt of deposit.

Security deposit is not applied to rent, but will be refunded within 30 days of departure when there are no damage claims, phone expenses, or extra laundry charges.

Deposits are forfeited if any cancellation occurs within 45 days of weekly or within 90 days monthly reservation.

Payment of 1st month's rent will be due 60 days prior to arrival date for reservations of 2 or more months . Any cancellation 30 days prior to arrive date for reservations of 2 or more months, tenant will forfeit the security deposit and the 1-month's rent.

The Chateau management will make every effort to rent the cancelled unit, in which case the rental payment will be refunded to you.

A $25.00 service charge will be collected on ALL cancellations and and unit changes.
